Request for Proposal for developing the e-Forms Processing System for Statistical Reports for the National Bureau of Statistics of the Republic of Moldova

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies to develop the“e-Forms Processing System for Statistical Reports for the National Bureau of Statistics of the Republic of Moldova.

The offers shall be comprised of two parts: technical and financial. Each part is presented in sealed envelopes. The Offers from Consortia formed by foreign companies and companies registered in Moldova will be accepted for evaluation.

The Contract will be awarded to the Company (Consortia) with the proposal that will have the highest score according to evaluation criteria.

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP:  e-Forms Processing System for the National Bureau of Statistics” should reach the UNDP office no later than  22 March 2010, 16:30, local time:
